Return Policy
You may return most unused merchandise purchased at beautybar within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or in store credit note.
We cannot accept returns on opened items or items that have already been used.
all sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns on jewellery or accessory items.
To request a return of unused merchandise, please present merchandise with receipt or email us at atyourservice@beautybarcosemtics.com
For telephone or online orders please let us know which items of your original order you would like to return and the reason for the return. we will notify you via email or phone once we have approved your “return request” and we will issue you a return authorization number. please mail us your unused/unopened merchandise with the “return authorization number” provided to you.

We will issue you a store credit for the amount paid for the returned merchandise once we receive your returned merchandise in saleable condition. unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable unless you are returning the merchandise due to a beautybar error.
all sale / discounted items (including items purchased with coupon codes) are considered final sales and may not be returned.
