there aren’t a lot of places for designers to work where they can create something and then see it made into a beautiful finished product ready for shipment. that’s what’s unique about Illume: they manufacture in Minnesota, in the same building they work.

because the people at Illume live to create, they have in-house calligraphers, illustrators, painters, writers, designers, sourcing geniuses, chemists, mixers and wick straighteners. big ideas and inspiration are formed and then complicated until they’re messy and unwieldy and just how they like them. and then the refining starts - and we love what we see here at the boutique!
